The 8GB memory would be enough for your light daily tasks and general computer use, internet, videos, some gaming and multitasking power. And if you think you will need a heavy multitasking power and perform multimedia editing, work on intensive production projects and play games you may want to pay for more memory at the beginning. 256GB Solid State Drive would be enough for a good percentage of computer users but if you think you’ll be saving many videos, music or games, then go for the 512GB SSD.

It is very easy to upgrade the RAM- memory by yourself as you can just replace the 8GB with a 32GB and put another 32GB for a total of 64GB. But you can’t upgrade the SSD easily on your own. The 2020 model 27-inch iMac weighs 19.7 pounds and measures 20.3H x 25.6W x 8D inches. It is an All-in-One desktop computer that is very easy to set up. The display is not touch screen as Apple still does not have any computers with the touchscreens. It works well for photo and video editing, but not heavy gaming. It is a very robust machine that doesn’t get bogged down easily by the heavy applications or software. The warranty offered is one year standard by Apple and you can pay for longer warranty.
