As long as you will be using the PC for simple daily tasks and not for gaming or heavy multimedia editing you’d be satisfied.The quad-core Celeron J4115 is better than average for mini computers with a Passmark benchmark score of 2816. It runs at a base speed of 1.8Ghz and 2.5GHz with the burst function and you will be less likely to experience lagging or freezing. This is also helped by the generous 8GB LPDDR4 RAM with a decent multitasking power. It feels reliable, stable and fairly snappy overall with the 128GB SSD, rather than a slower HDD.
The storage is expandable through the 2.5-inch SATA HDD × 1 or M.2_NVMe_2280 x1. You can remove the 128GB M.2 SATA and put in a larger storage, but you also need to get a SATA cable or Nvme SSD for connection. It weighs only 1.6 pounds and measures 125 x 112 x 44mm (4.92 x 4.41 x 1.73 inches) and you can VESA mount it at the back of the display for a more clutter-free desk. The built-in graphics card is the 9th generation Intel UHD 600 with a similar performance to the Intel HD 500 and will let you play the very easy (least demanding) games like Sims 4 or Dirt Rally. It has a two-channel speaker and you can connect it to three displays with up to 4K Ultra HD resolution and 60Hz refresh rates via HDMI ports and USB-C if you want more space for multitasking. BMAX B2 Mini PC has a decent, efficient heat dissipation for its stable and reliable running by maintaining its reasonable temperature consistently.
It produces true 4K picture, works well and supports 5G wireless. Thanks to the 128GB SSD it comes with, it boots up, shuts down and loads your files very quickly. Please note that you can not upgrade the processor on this machine, nor on any mini PC on the market. Although you can’t play intensive games on it or run very complex software, it does feel very snappy overall in daily operations, thanks to its 8GB memory and 128GB SSD.
