2021 Dell Inspiron 15 3000 with Celeron N4020
The latest 2021 model Dell Inspiron 15 3000 is a business and student laptop with a 15.6-inch high definition display, Intel Celeron N4020 processor, 256GB Solid State Drive, 16GB DDR4 SDRAM, Windows 10 Home operating system, HD webcam and modern connectivity options and ports.
The quarter 1 of 2020 release dual core Intel Celeron N4020 is an entry level processor (4M cache, 2 threads without hyperthreading) with a Passmark benchmark score of 1588, 4-way processing and an ultra low voltage platform for energy efficiency. It works at the speeds between 1.1GHz and 2.8GHz as needed by the tasks at hand. The typical TDP- Thermal Design Power is 6 watts. The processor performance is fine for the not demanding daily tasks like word processing, spreadsheets, casual gaming, web surfing and video streaming.
RAM capacity is upgraded to 16GB and this high-bandwidth memory will run different browser tabs and apps simultaneously and smoothly without lags or freezing. The local storage is also upgraded to 256GB SSD and you have good amount of space for saving your regular and multimedia files. It is also much faster than a regular SATA hard drive and you have the quick data transfer and boot ups.
