2019 Lenovo Thinkpad T480 14″ Flagship Business Laptop
2019 release Lenovo Thinkpad T480 is a 14-inch premium business laptop with a quad core eighth generation Intel i5 processor, very large 1TB SSD, 16GB DDR4 SDRAM and Windows 10 Pro with HESVAP accessories.
The Intel i5-8250U ( 6MB SmartCache) is an ultra low voltage quad core processor with a base speed of 1.6GHz up to 3.4GHz max with turbo boost when required by the more complex tasks. It has a Passmark benchmark score of 7680 as a high-end CPU. It runs four cores and 8 threads in parallel, is at the lower end of the high-end CPU’s list, but quite fast and powerful to carry out a variety of business tasks.
The TDP- Thermal Design Power is 15 watts on average, between 10 watts and 25 watts.
