2017 model HP x360 15-bk193ms is a premium quality convertible laptop with a 15.6 inch Full HD touchscreen that can be used both as a tablet and laptop and anything in between, including in stand and tent modes. It comes with the very popular seventh generation ultra low voltage Intel i5-7200U processor (3MB L3 Cache) at 2.5GHz-3.1GHz speeds with turbo boost, 8GB DDR3L SDRAM (2 DIMM) at 1600MHz speed for a decent multitasking power, 1TB Serial ATA HDD hard drive at 5400rpm rotating speed- slow but very large storage space and the latest Windows 10 Home 64-bit OS. 15.6-inch diagonal UWVA WLED-backlit FHD edge-to-edge glass touch display has the 1920×1080 pixel resolution and IPS panel for very good quality images at any vertical and horizontal angle. The system supports 10-finger multi-touch support and makes it easy to navigate through the Windows 10 apps. Graphics card is the modest integrated Intel HD 620 with shared memory with the CPU and a modest overall performance for daily multimedia.

HP x360 15-bk193ms is a high quality 2-in-1 convertible laptop PC with very modern features and great technical specs at a rather reasonable price. Convertibles often tend to cost more than what they offer due to the multi-functional design but that is not so much the case with this machine and you also do not have to pay for a tablet separately. Microsoft Edge is the default browser for Windows 10 and seems to be a reasonable one when you get used to it but we still prefer Google Chrome, to Mac’s Safari or the new Microsoft Edge. There is no backlit keyboard on this model but the keys are pretty good and there is a 10-key numeric pad for easy number crunching and a large and responsive trackpad without the separate left and right click buttons. The 8-hour battery life is more like 5 to 6 hours in average use of internet surfing or video streaming, judging by customer experiences. The technical issues like pixelation and non-responsive touch functionality of the screen reported by customers of the previous version HP x360 seem to be resolved by this brand new 2017 model and by looking at the current price tag and the features you’re getting a pretty good deal here.
