23-inch All-in-One HP Pavilion 23-f390 is one of the latest touchscreen desktops of Californian icon Hewlett Packard. It is not a major advanced gaming machine, but for pretty much everything else it will perform well with its multiple core processor. You will spend less time on setting up-the your PC as this one goes from package to start-up easily and rapidly, also saving on space with its sleek style. Amazon was offering a 21% discount on this model last time I checked, they tend to have the cheapest prices and fastest deliveries anyway.

AMD A-Series Quad-Core A6-5200 at 2 GHz processor, 4GB DDR3 RAM memory, 1 TB 7200 rpm hard drive.. This one has a high- quad core CPU for improved productivity- to work better on your daily tasks as well as running Photoshop, multimedia editing programs and older games at sligtly reduced settings such as World of Warcraft and Minecraft. It includes a 4GB memory for sufficient multitasking and is simple to update it to 8GB as you will find a free memory slot inside- the highest supported RAM is 16GB. 1TB is a rather substantial space for most computer users to save all their files.

5-point optical touch enabled 23-Inch diagonal Full HD LED-backlit screen with 1920x1080 pixel image resolution and AMD Radeon HD 8400 graphics card.. Full HD means you will get outstandingly vivid colors, clear views and superb pictures from any angle being an IPS widescreen and watch true HD videos. Also being a touchscreen, it is a good match for Windows 8.1's touch functions. However, the AMD Radeon HD 8400 graphics card is not very suitable for heavy 3D games.

In terms of connectivity, we couldn't find an HDMI port so you can't connect to larger screens but this one is already a 23 inch screen and while there is no Bluetooth, USB Bluetooth adapters cost only a few bucks. It has a Slim Tray SuperMulti DVD Burner, 4 x USB 2.0 Ports, 2 x USB 3.0 Ports, 1 x Audio-out Port, 7-in-1 digital media reader, HD webcam and adequate built-in speakers. You may connect to internet through 802.11bgn wireless and Gigabit Ethernet.

Stylish black HP Pavilion weighs 21.5 pounds and has the dimensions of 23.74 x 4.09 x 18.66 inches.. So it is portable inside the house or even can be used as a huge tablet being a touchscreen but a bit heavy to carry around outside. Its all-in-one slim design helps you save on space on your desk in your room.

Conclusion: Besides the lack of HDMI port and Bluetooth, HP Pavilion 23-f390 doesn't come with the best looking keyboard or mouse but you can always upgrade them with better ones by paying a little extra. Otherwise, it is a great system overall for everyday PC use. It is flexible, feels sturdy and reliable, doesn't feel cheap, has a large HD screen, a powerful processor and a reasonable price tag unlike the other premium priced all-in-one systems.
