Ocean turquoise HP 14-x030nr is the new version 14 inch Chromebook- one of latest laptops with Chrome operating system by HP. It is quite a portable one with its lightweight and slim chassis and up to 8 hours battery life and is suitable for anyone that uses the computer mainly for internet and want a machine that boots up super quick- to go online fast. Chrome OS is simple to use, safe with built-in security features and you do not need to do upgrade anything manually as it will constantly upgrade itself in the background.

HP Chromebook 14 has the fast and efficient January 2014 release quad core NVIDIA A4 Tegra K1 processor at up to 2.3 GHz speed, 2.0 GB DDR3L SDRAM memory at 1600MHz- can not be upgraded but quite adequate for a Chromebook and the CPU for multitasking power, 16 GB eMMC Solid-State Drive plus 100GB free Cloud based storage for 2 years and Google Chrome operating system. It powers on super fast as you will not be loading heavy software. It only has 16GB of storage but being an SSD, helps with snappier performance- at least with faster boot-ups and your main storage will be on Cloud anyway and you can have access to your data whenever and wherever there is internet connection.

14 inch diagonal AntiGlare HD WLED-backlit display with 1366x768 pixels maximum screen resolution offers great colours and decent image quality overall, although not like a Full HD screen. It has the digitally tuned speakers for satisfactory sound quality- clear audio. Conclusion: HP Chromebook 14-x030nr J9M93UA#ABA is a great little Chromebook with a larger than normal 14 inch display, nice modern design, 2014 release fast, powerful and energy efficient NVIDIA Tegra K1 fanless processor, user-friendly Google Chrome Operating System, long battery life- up to 8 hours, portability- slim and lightweight, 802.11ac wireless that you’ll find on expensive Apple Mac computers rather than the standard 802.11bgn and a flash storage rather than regular hard drive. However it doesn’t have a BluRay or DVD Drive (but so you really need one and you can always connect a low cost external drive) and no Ethernet- wired internet connection. Like other Chrome systems, it is designed mainly for simple and safe internet browsing or running apps mainly online (and offline too lately). Google offers so many free and paid apps for your convenience, so you will not have MS Word or Excel or Powerpoint but Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides. It is offered with the standard 1 year limited hardware warranty along with toll-free customer support. If you don’t want to spend a lot and will use the computer mainly for internet and basic tasks and want something light and fast with long battery life, this is a good machine to consider.
