ASUS PB278Q 27-Inch WQHD LED-lit PLS Professional Graphics Monitor Review
ASUS PB278Q is quite an impressive professional style solid and attractive looking monitor. As the most obvious con, there are no USB ports or a media card reader on this monitor but this is an entry level extreme HD resolution monitor with an entry level price and you certainly get more than what you pay for in terms of quality and features- probably the best value for money monitor in the market and one of the least expensive 27 inch WQHDs with some top of the line features for comfort and power, a few ports and an adjustable stand. PB278Q model is about $500 cheaper than the cheapest 30 inch WQHD monitor.

Just bear in mind that if you’d like to play your advanced games at the display’s native resolution, you need a powerful graphics card and if you don’t it will scale down to lower resolutions and you’ll see not as sharp images. But the overall gaming performance is great anyway with fast moving action without distracting motion blur or backlight bleeding. It weighs around 19 pounds with measurements of 29.7 x 8.8 x 18.5 inches so it is much lighter than larger 30 inch monitors even though the screen size is not much smaller. It comes with 3 years system and panel warranty and 12 months Zero Bright Dot guarantee.
