ASUS M32BF-US004O is a new affordable desktop with modern looks, light to mid-range technical specs, decent features, a good variety of connectivity ports at the front (for easy user access) and rear and Windows 7 operating system. AMD A4 is a low-cost processor with an entry level integrated graphics card so it is more of a daily things computer but it is nice to have the Windows 7 OS pre-installed as well as a huge 1TB HDD for all your regular and multimedia files at 7200rpm speed. So you’re getting decent value for money overall.

ASUS M32BF comes with the AMD’s second generation 64-bit dual core A4-5300 processor (1MB L2 cache) at 3.4 GHz to 3.6 GHz speed with turbo depending on tasks at hand, 4GB DDR3 RAM at 1600MHz to multitask efficiently, 1000 GB SATA hard drive at 7200 rpm rotating speed as very generous amount of storage with much faster read and write times than the majority of computers at this price level, 32GB of Cloud based storage free for three years and the pre-installed Windows 7 OS Home Premium which would be one of its main selling points for many customers that still prefer Windows 7. AMD A4-5300 as an entry level CPU has the Passmark Benchmark score of 2043 and stands out with its value for money (Performance to Price ratio)..

.. But can’t really be compared with the Intel i5 or i7 processors and is good at performing more the daily tasks accompanied by the 4GB of system memory for adequate multitasking, rather than full-on gaming or running complex software despite its 3.4GHz base speed. Graphics card is the integrated Radeon HD 7480D and offers adequate graphics performance for usual stuff like photos and videos but not for advanced gaming. And if you were to use a more sophisticated discrete graphics card to be able to run more demanding programs or play the latest 3D games on this system, you’d be restricted by its budget processor AMD A4-5300. You also have the true-to-life surround sound with SonicMaster and 6-channel High Definition Audio.

ASUS M32BF-US004O Desktop with Windows 7 Review
Grey and black ASUS desktop looks nothing like the majority of boxy desktops, it has quite a unique and sophisticated design with a sleek brushed finish- glossy black at the front top and a black footing. It weighs 18.3 pounds (21.6 with the box) and has the dimensions of 16 x 7 x 15 inches so not very light or compact but more in the middle in terms of weight and size. It works quietly thanks to the Q-Fan Smart Cooling System- quieter than a library's ambient noise, comes with standard wired USB keyboard and mouse combo. Connectivity options include a 24x DVD-RW optical drive, 4 x USB 2.0 ports, 2 x USB 3.0 ports, 10/100/1000Mbps Gigabit Ethernet with RJ-45 connectivity, 802.11bgn wireless, 2 memory slots (one is occupied by the single 4GB RAM), 6-in-1 Card Reader, an HDMI port, a VGA port and 2 front and 3 rear audio ports.

Conclusion: Asus M32BF-US004O is a reliable budget desktop PC with Windows 7 operating system, ample space for storage- 1TB hard drive, 4GB memory for multitasking and a good variety of connectivity options at the front and back offered at a great price so it is aimed more at light to mid-range computer users to perform their daily things at home, school or work (home-office). The weak link here would be the entry level processor AMD A4-5300 that is still sufficient for day-to-day things, but just don’t expect this PC to be a workhorse you can run the most demanding software or advanced 3D games on but you’re not paying such price either. Asus generally makes good computers and if you’re on a budget and want the most for your cash, M32BF desktop is a decent computer to consider- it is energy efficient yet powerful and comes with a 12 months parts and labor warranty if you need it within a year.
