Apple iMac ME086LL/A 21.5-Inch is the new 2013 desktop of Apple with 21.5 inch widescreen display and a Haswell quad-core Intel i5 processor. It is extremely thin on the edges- only 5mm just like the previous Imacs and a bit hard to believe how the engineers manage to fit so much in such small space.

This is the fastest and most powerful entry level Apple iMac so far and definitely one of the best computers in its class, with its 4th generation quad-core i5-4570R processor at 2.7GHz speed (up to 3.2GHz with turbo boost), 8 GB (2 x 4GB slots) at 1600MHz DDR3 SDRAM Memory, a huge 1 TB hard drive, offering functionality, reliability and looks. Unless you are a graphics designer or someone that needs super processing power and memory, the standard Imac will be much more than enough for your needs.

And you are probably aware how the OS X work differently to Windows and how it makes efficient use of every little thing in the processor. Turbo Boost increases the speed slowly depending on the tasks you're working on: So the performance and energy efficiency are always balanced. The operating system is the advanced Mac OS X Mavericks. Each software installed on Mac is made by Apple so this is a completely integrated system in which everything is in harmony.

This is a 21.5-inch (Diagonal) LED-backlit Display with IPS Technology (nice viewing angles) at 1920-by-1080 maximum resolution and Intel Iris Pro Graphics.. In my experience with Imacs, screen has always been the best aspect of any Imac I used and this is no different. Beautiful vibrant colors, sharp texts on the non-reflective low-glare screen (75% less glare than the 2012 Imacs). Although there is still no Retina display on Imacs, this screen is very close to a Retina. Intel Iris Pro graphics processor is great help when you are playing games or editing graphics and video. Amazing quality FaceTime HD camera at 720p resolution is also placed on the iMac's thin aluminium and glass design and it will be fun chatting live to friends and family.

Apple iMac ME086LL/A Review
You get the Apple iMac, wireless keyboard, magic mouse and the charging cable included in the packaging. There won't be any mess or clutter on your desk as both the mouse and the keyboard are wireless. It is very easy to set up and it will be up and running in only a few minutes after you open the box. The beautiful and sleek aluminium Apple Wireless Keyboard lets you type anywhere within Imac's range and the Magic Mouse is very unique as you can click anywhere on it- the whole mouse is a button. There is no optical drive on the 2013 Imac either as not many people use it these days.

But you have two Thunderbolt ports, four USB 3.0 ports, next generation 802.11ac Wi-Fi wireless, SDXC card slot, Gigabit Ethernet port, Bluetooth 4.0, FaceTime HD camera, stereo speakers and dual microphones, headphone/optical digital audio output (minijack), support for Apple iPhone headset with microphone.. IMac weighs only 12.5 lbs and has the dimensions of 20.80 x 6.90 x 17.70 inches. It is super thin when looked from the edges and you can easily lift it with one hand. It looks almost exactly like the 2012 model except for its front glass sitting better with the body and all its components are in the center back. It does look awesome, has no competition in the looks department.

You're just going to love the new Apple iMac ME086LL/A 21.5-Inch.. Best speakers and audio, best screen and graphics, best operating system in the world, the fastest, the best looking, the latest technology.. The new Imac has it all! For those that criticize the price, you definitely get what you pay for and more.. And we wouldn't be surprised if you build an emotional attachment to this beautiful piece of art 🙂
